All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty cardboard boxes. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a basic tool kit and step-by-step video guides for every model.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that have been ridden extensively outdoors.
Do Lenny's bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, every bike frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
How do I determine which frame size is right for me?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
